🚚 Shipping Policy
Delivery Charges
We offer Free Shipping on all orders above Rs. 2290.
For orders below this amount, a flat delivery fee of Rs.300 applies.
Order Processing
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Time
• Standard delivery: 3–5 working days
• During busy seasons or high demand, delivery may take up to 7 working days
Order Confirmation
For new customers, orders may be confirmed via Call or WhatsApp before dispatch.
🔄 Return Policy
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions:
• Product must be unused
• Must be in original packaging
• All accessories must be included
Customers are responsible for return shipping using a trackable courier service.
🔁 Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges depending on availability. You may request exchange for:
• Size
• Color
• Product replacement
A Rs.350 exchange fee applies (covers two-way delivery charges).
💸 Refund Policy
• Refunds are processed within 2–4 working days after inspection
• Refunds are issued via Bank Transfer
• Delivery charges are non-refundable
